These biscuits have a long history and have been baked each day since 1858 in the city of Prato in Tuscany using the exact same recipe. The unique and historic blue packaging have been part of the companies long history and are now trademarked.
Prepared with only 5 simple ingredients : flour, sugar, free range eggs, almonds and pine nuts. They do not contains preservatives, animal fats or vegetable fats. Once opened store in a cool, dry place in the same tightly closed package.
