All packaging is recyclable and environmentally friendly. On occasion I will re-use cardboard boxes to reduce the cycle of waste.

Shipping

UK Domestic Shipping

Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail or a courier of our choice within 3 working days. You will be notified by e-mail/text once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail or a courier of our choice within 3 working days. You will be notified by e-mail/text once your order has been shipped.

All customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase from mymokahome. However, should you wish to return your item for an exchange, store credit or refund you must notify hello@mymokahome.com within 7 days of receiving your item with your order number and reason for returning. Items must be returned within 10 days of your return being approved.

Once we've received your item please allow 2-3 working days for your refund to be processed.

Please note: Return postage costs are covered by you. If you return your full order original postage costs will be deducted from your refund.
